My first novel was sold to Tor Books in 2010 and should be published in 2012 or 2013. Its final title is still in the works but it is a horror-western set in 1869. Kind of “Zane Grey meets H.P. Lovecraft”.

I was the Grand Prize winner of the Star Trek Strange New Worlds Anthology contest in 2006 and my short story “Orphans” was published in Strange New Worlds 9 by Simon and Schuster.

I have been an award-winning newspaper and magazine editor and reporter; and a freelance writer for over a decade. I have written for local, state and international publications.
